This page is for students under the age of 24 who have attended or currently attending another college or university and desire to transfer to Xavier. If you are over the age of 24, please visit Adult and Professional Education to begin your transfer experience.

Transferring to Xavier is made easy with our transfer-friendly admission process. Applications for admission to Xavier are considered on a rolling basis and decisions are typically shared with students within a month of completion of the application file.

Transfer Credit Evaluation
A transfer credit evaluation is conducted by the registrar’s office during the transfer application process. Once a student is admitted, prospective transfers can view their official credit summary online before registering for classes.

Applications for admission to Xavier are considered on a rolling basis and decisions are typically shared with students within a month of completion of the application file. However, the dates below are important to consider.
